Service-Based Transactions
Due to the nature of device services, all service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed or work has begun. This includes labor, diagnostics, and time spent on your device.
If you experience an issue related to the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the concern and, where applicable, offer additional service under our limited service warranty.
Parts & Accessories
If you purchase parts or accessories directly from AtoZPhoneFix:
Returns may be accepted within 7–14 days of purchase (if unused and in original condition).
Opened, used, or installed parts may not be eligible for return.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
The service was not performed as agreed
A part provided by us is found to be defective (subject to inspection)
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Accidental damage after service
Issues caused by misuse, liquid exposure, drops, or unauthorized third-party work
Normal wear and tear
Warranty & Re-Service
If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we will inspect the device and, if applicable, provide additional service at no extra cost, in line with our warranty terms.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
